VINYL TRANSFER PRINTING
Vinyl T-shirt printing, or vinyl heat transfer, involves cutting designs from colored vinyl sheets and transferring them onto fabric using a heat press. This method ensures precise and vibrant designs.
DTF - (DIRECT TO FILM)
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is an advanced method that transfers designs onto garments using specialized films and heat, offering superior durability and versatility compared to traditional techniques like DTG, screen printing, and sublimation. This innovative technology allows cost-effective decoration on various fabrics, including cotton and polyester, without the need for expensive equipment, making it a game-changer in the textile printing industry.
Embroidery is a traditional, now automated, method for stitching simple designs onto fabric. It provides a professional, durable finish, ideal for polos and corporate apparel, but may struggle with intricate details and small text. It’s more expensive than other methods, though modern machines reduce costs by handling multiple items at once.
EMBROIDERY
SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Sublimation printing transfers designs from a special paper to polyester or light-colored polyester-blend fabrics. Heated ink bonds seamlessly with the fabric, creating long-lasting prints.
Puff printing adds a raised, textured dimension to designs using plastisol ink and a heat-reactive foaming agent. It’s a cost-effective alternative to High-Density printing, offering a soft, marshmallow-like finish, though it may slightly lighten ink colors, making color matching difficult.
PUFF PRINTING
High-density screen printing adds texture and depth to designs by raising them using different micron levels, from subtle effects at 200 microns to bold, striking designs at 1000 microns.
It offers vibrant, opaque colors, crisp designs, and enhanced durability, but isn’t suitable for gradients or fine details. It works best with sturdy fabrics like cotton and may not be ideal for sweat-wicking materials.
HIGH-DENSITY PRINTING
Screen printing uses fine-mesh screens to transfer vibrant, durable designs onto fabric. Ideal for large orders, it offers excellent color matching and is cost-effective for businesses, teams, and organizations.
